Join us April 18, as Emma Jane Powell, teacher, quilter, traveler and owner of Dream It - Quilt It! presents "Arpilleras".  Arpilleras were a form of craft art resistance born during the Chilean dictatorship of the 1970-90s. Learn how women communicated what was happening with the outside world with these textiles resembling quilts. Learn a little about history, politics, and art of South America during this very captivating lecture.   Guest tickets are available.
