The 2010 Crystal Coast Quilters' Guild Donation Quilt is entitled, "Winter Light."  The quilt is queen-sized, approximately 90" x 90" and combines pieced blocks with hand and machine appliquéd blocks.  "Winter Light" was designed by a guild member, Patti Brown, owner of The Quilted Butterfly in Morehead City, NC.  Ms. Brown incorporated design elements from an original photograph taken by fellow guild member, Eileen Williams, as well as the pattern, "Las Flores de Amigas," created by guild member and pattern designer, Robin Koehler.  Piecing and appliqué were done by the ladies of the Crystal Coast Quilters' Guild and the quilting was completed by guild member and longarm quilter, Laurie Mayo.

Tickets are available for $2.oo each or three for $5.00.  They will be on sale during the Quilt Show on May 14 and 15, 2010.  They can also be purchased from guild members, or you can mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to CCQG, PO Box 1819, Morehead City, NC 28557 with payment, and your tickets will be sent to you.  You do not need to be present at the drawing to win.
